The Travelling Sisters are a comedy trio from Brisbane, Australia. Creating their own flavour of sketch comedythey combine physical and musical comedy with contemporary clown and ridiculous characters with a touch of the absurd, The Travelling Sisters are a bloody good time. 

Lucy Fox, Laura Trenerry & Ell Sachs fell in love at The University of Southern Queensland and all went on to train with the one and only Philippe Gaulier in France. Moving to London in 2015 saw the gals perform at Edinburgh Fringe Festival for two years running, where they were an indie cult hit. Performing to packed houses with an ever growing following, they were named as one of The Guardian's Picks of The Fringe in 2016. They were also regional finalists in the Funny Women Stage Awards. Their time overseas has seen them play to audiences in London and Berlin, Prague Fringe Festival, Bedford Fringe Festival, Glastonbury Festival, Bath Comedy Festival and most recently at international festival Clockenflap, Hong Kong and Woodford Folk Festival.

In 2017, Lucy, Laura & Ell set across Australia to perform their critically acclaimed show to audiences at Perth Fringe World, Adelaide Fringe Festival and Melbourne International Comedy Festival. Their "constantly hilarious" (TheatrePeople) show was nominated for Best Newcomer at Melbourne International Comedy Festival. They finished their Australia tour in their home town Brisbane for Anywhere Theatre Festival. They are currently writing a fresh new show to be debuted at Melbourne Fringe Festival in September as well as their first web series to be released next year. When asked in an interview what he thought of The Travelling Sisters, Ryan Gosling shed a golden tear and whispered, "those women taught me how to love".
